Welcome to Fika Fika Coffee. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fika Fika Coffee website and the services, features, content, and functionality available through it (collectively, the "Site").
Throughout these Terms, "Fika Fika," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Fika Arcadia, doing business as Fika Fika Coffee.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Use of Our Site
The Site is provided for your personal, non-commercial use, including learning about Fika Fika, viewing our locations and offerings, purchasing available products, accessing online ordering services, and submitting inquiries regarding catering and events.
You agree not to misuse the Site or use it for any unlawful purpose. You may not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Site, introduce malicious software, scrape or systematically collect Site content without authorization, impersonate another person, or use the Site in a manner that violates applicable law.
2. Products, Pricing & Availability
We make reasonable efforts to present accurate descriptions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information regarding our products and services.
However, menu items, products, ingredients, pricing, availability, packaging, and other details may change from time to time and may vary by location.
We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies and to modify or discontinue products, services, pricing, or Site content at any time, subject to applicable law.
Product photographs and other visual representations are provided for reference. Actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
3. Online Orders & Purchases
Certain products may be available for purchase through the Site or through third-party ordering or payment platforms.
By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information necessary to process your transaction.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy practices.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances permitted by law.
Any applicable shipping, pickup, cancellation, return, or refund terms presented during checkout or ordering form part of your transaction with us.
4. Store Pickup & Third-Party Ordering
The Site may provide links to ordering platforms used by individual Fika Fika locations.
Pickup times and estimated preparation times are estimates and may vary based on store volume, product availability, and other circumstances.
When you access or place an order through a third-party service, that service may have separate terms, policies, fees, and privacy practices. Fika Fika is not responsible for the operation of third-party websites or platforms.
5. Catering & Event Services
The Site may allow you to inquire about Fika Fika catering and event experiences, including offerings such as our Coffee Cart, fresh-churn ice cream, and freshly made Mochi Paw Cakes.
Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a confirmed reservation, booking, or contract.
Availability, pricing, service duration, menu selections, staffing, travel requirements, venue requirements, deposits, cancellation terms, and other details will be confirmed separately.
A catering or event booking becomes confirmed only after the requirements stated in the applicable proposal, invoice, or service agreement have been satisfied.
Where a separate catering agreement, proposal, or invoice conflicts with these general Terms, the terms of that specific agreement will control with respect to the applicable event.
6. Food Allergies & Dietary Information
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other ingredients.
Although we take reasonable care in preparing our products, our cafes and catering operations are not necessarily allergen-free environments, and we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
If you have a food allergy or dietary concern, please inform our team before ordering.
7. Gift Cards & Promotions
Gift cards, promotional offers, loyalty rewards, and similar programs may be subject to additional terms presented at the time they are offered.
Promotions may have eligibility requirements, expiration dates, participating-location restrictions, or other limitations where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights relating to gift cards or promotional value that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its content—including the Fika Fika name and logos, branding, illustrations, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, text, menu presentation, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to Fika Fika and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access and use Site content for ordinary personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our Site content without prior written permission, except where otherwise permitted by law.

These third parties operate independently from Fika Fika. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
